WHO IS NOVOS?

NOVOS focuses on slowing aging through a combination of evidence-based products, longevity education, and tools that let people track how their habits may influence biological age.

The brand includes supplements, NOVOS Age testing, high-quality editorial content, and a planned app and desktop experience. All of these existed, but they did not yet feel like one connected system when someone landed on the website or opened the app.

OVERVIEW

NOVOS approached us with a strong scientific foundation and a clear mission. The opportunity was to build a narrative that connects everything. From the homepage to PDPs to the app experience, each touchpoint needed to guide users rather than overwhelm them.

WHAT WE WORKED ON

SCOPE 1:

Audit, rebranding, copywriting, website redesign, PDP redesign, mobile and desktop app UX/UI, landing pages, and ongoing strategic support.

OUR ROLES:

UX strategy, content strategy, conversion copywriting, visual identity, product and marketing design, design systems, and continued collaboration with development teams.

PLATFORMS:

Marketing site, PDPs, educational pages, NOVOS Age testing flow, the mobile and desktop app, and campaign-specific landing pages.

THE STARTING POINT

The NOVOS site had plenty of thoughtful content about why aging happens. What it lacked was a practical product journey. From the initial audit, we found that:

Visitors understood that NOVOS helps slow aging, but struggled to understand what NOVOS actually is or where to begin.

Messaging repeated the same value proposition instead of explaining how the system works or how NOVOS Age fits into the picture.

The homepage's parallax story required multiple scroll actions while providing information users did not prioritize.

Product modules took up a lot of space, making it difficult to see the full lineup or understand how offerings relate.

Social proof appeared far down the page, long after many visitors had already left.

The app interface lagged behind the ambition of upcoming features such as AI guidance, face age analysis, and longevity tracking.

Our challenge was to make NOVOS feel like a cohesive system supported by a guided pathway from discovery to daily engagement.

FROM SCATTERED INFORMATION TO A GUIDED LONGEVITY SYSTEM

We began with a complete audit of the homepage, PDPs, and app flows. Out of that came principles that shaped the entire redesign.

THE RESULTS

Qualitative outcomes include:

A website that explains what NOVOS is, how it works, and where someone should start.

Stronger positioning of NOVOS as a longevity system rather than an isolated supplement.

Earlier and more precise display of scientific evidence, social proof, and expert insights.

A redesigned app flow that gives users a clearer sense of progress and purpose.

A brand identity and component system that keeps every new experience consistent.
